Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Elphinston order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@elphinston.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability. Contact us at support@elphinston.com to arrange an exchange.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
