FAQ — NEED HELP?

1. How long does an order take to be delivered? Orders are processed within 3–7 business days from our warehouse. Delivery time then depends on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. For assistance contact support@elphinston.com.

2. How can I track my order? After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once dispatched, a second email with your tracking number will be sent. Use this number on the carrier's website to follow your order in real time. For help contact support@elphinston.com.

3. Returns and refunds — within 14 days We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging. To start a return contact support@elphinston.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
